Who we are
Uwebbz Hosting ("we", "us") is operated by Gravity Inc. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the portal to browse, order, and manage hosting, domains, and related services, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and, if provided, company name, phone number, and billing address.
Sign-in information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name, email address, and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
Order and billing information: the services and plans you purchase, order history, and account credit balance. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Service data: configuration you provide when a hosting site or domain is provisioned on your behalf (for example, a site name or domain contacts), and records of actions taken on your account for security and support purposes.
Technical information: IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps associated with sign-ins and sessions, used to keep your account secure.
How we use this information
To create and maintain your account, process orders, and provision the hosting, domain, and other services you purchase.
To process payments and maintain accurate billing records, including account credit and invoices.
To send transactional email: order confirmations, invoices, password reset and magic-link sign-in emails, and account security notices.
To secure your account, including offering and enforcing two-factor authentication, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
To provide customer support when you contact us about your account or an order.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver the service you requested:
Stripe, to process payments and maintain billing records. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment details.
Google, when you choose to sign in with your Google account, solely to verify your identity.
Our transactional email provider, to deliver account and order emails to you.
Our hosting provisioning partner and domain registrar, when you order a hosting site or domain, to create and manage that specific service on your behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is required for the portal to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Data retention
We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet billing, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can review and update most of your profile and billing-address information from your account settings at any time.
To request a copy of your data, or to request that your account and associated personal information be deleted, contact us at emails@gravityinc.com.np. We will act on a deletion request once any open orders, invoices, or active services tied to the account are resolved.
Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text. We support two-factor authentication, and administrative access to customer accounts is logged. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Children's privacy
This service is intended for business and individual customers capable of entering into a contract, and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
