Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Uwebbz Hosting, you agree to these terms. Uwebbz Hosting is operated by Gravity Inc. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you enable two-factor authentication, you are responsible for keeping access to your authenticator or backup codes.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.

Services

The catalog may include subscription services (billed on a recurring basis), one-time purchases, and domain registrations. The specific features, pricing, and billing interval for each offering are shown at checkout before you confirm an order.

Account credit, when used, is applied toward purchases and renewals according to the balance and rules shown in your billing history.

Billing and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the amount shown at checkout, and for recurring subscriptions, for each renewal until you cancel.

Invoices, receipts, and your current billing status are available in your account's billing history. If a payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you; continued non-payment can lead to suspension of the affected service as described in your billing history and order communications.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription from your account at any time; cancellation terms (including any grace period before a service is suspended) are shown on the order itself at the time you cancel.

Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry, consistent with standard domain registration practice. Refund eligibility for other services is handled case by case — contact support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to host or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' services, or to violate the acceptable-use terms of any underlying provider (for example, our hosting or domain partners).

Domain registrations

If you register a domain through the portal, you are the registrant and are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide and for complying with the policies of the relevant domain registry and ICANN, where applicable.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, a violation of these terms, or a violation of an underlying provider's acceptable-use policy. Where practical, we will notify you before taking action.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
